rTheory LLC ("rTheory", "we") operates rtheory.co. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

Information you share with us

When you email us, call us or schedule a conversation, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your inquiry. We use it to respond to you and to discuss working together.

Scheduling

Conversations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book a time, Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us. Calendly's use of that information is covered by its own privacy policy.

Website services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Site analytics

We use Matomo, running on our own server, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and their approximate location. It does not use cookies, visitor IP addresses are shortened before they are stored, and the data is not shared with anyone else.

Client portal

Clients sign in to a separate portal to see project work. Information in the portal is used only to deliver that client's projects.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@rtheory.co.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
